Avian Influenza yasak listesinin uygulanmasında;
Implementation of the prohibition list of Avian Influenza;

1. Yasaklama listesinde bulunan ve ithalatı Kontrol Belgesine tabi olan ürünlerin ithalatı ile ilgili yetki ve sorumluluk Kontrol Belgesi düzenleyen Bakanlık ve/veya birimlere aittir. İthali söz konusu ürünlerin Avian Influenza yönünden aşağıdaki şartları taşıyıp taşımadıkları yetkili Bakanlıklar ve/veya birimlerce Kontrol Belgesi düzenlenmesi aşamasında araştırılacaktır.

1. The competence and responsibility related to the importation of products which are in the prohibition list and subject to the control certificate, belong to the ministry and/or units issue the control certificate. The products intended for importation shall be investigated whether or not they meet following requirements regarding to Avian Influenza, by the ministry and/or units during issuance of the control certificate.

During production of dried whole egg and dried egg yolk, those should be subjected to pasteurization ( 60°C- 188 seconds ) before drying process of. (OIE)

** Üretimi esnasında Avian Influenza virüsünün inaktivasyonu için yeterli süre ve sıcaklıkta ısıl işleme tabi tutulanlar hariç;

**Except for those subjected to adequate time and temperature to inactivate the Avian Influenza Viruses during production ;

***Kanatlı orijinli içerik ihtiva eden tüm evcil hayvan mamaları için; üretimi esnasında en az 3.5 saniye süresince en az 70°C’ye maruz kalanlar hariç;

***In case of all poultry origin ingredients in pet food have been heated to a minimum of 70°C for a minimum of 3.5 second during the production process

**** Kuşların tüyleri ve tüy parçaları, en az 70°C’de buhar akımıyla ya da başka bir metotla işlem gördüğü ve bu işlemler sonucunda Avian Influenza etkeninin inaktive olduğu ibaresinin, ihracatçı ülke Veteriner Servislerince düzenlenecek resmi belgede ibraz edilmesi şartıyla ithal edilebilir

**** Feathers and pieces of feather of birds shall be imported on condition that the official document, issued by veterinary services of exporter countries, has a phrase that they are subjected to at least 70°C vapor flow or another method and as a result of these proceedings that the agent has been inactived .

2. Söz konusu ürünlere uygulanan yukarıda belirtilen işlemler ve ürünlerin enfekte olduğu bilinen ve imha edilmesi gereken hayvanlardan orijin almadığı ibaresinin, ihracatçı ülke Veteriner Servislerince düzenlenecek Sağlık Sertifikasında belirtilmesi şartıyla ithal edilebilir.

2. Those shall be imported if provided that the expression in the health certificate issued by the exporter country’s veterinary services indicates the above mentioned treatments and products are not originated from the animals known to be infected and necessary to be destroyed.
